I hold a B.A. in Thanatology (the study of dying, death, and bereavement) from Western University, and bring over 25 years of providing compassionate grief counselling as the founder and principal of Good Grief Support. I lead and facilitate loss support grief groups, and offer one-on-one support as well.
My additional Bereavement Education certifications include, Cognitive Behaviour and Children’s Grief and Bereavement from University of Toronto and SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health and a Continuing Education certificate from Tyndale Centre for Grief and Loss.I am a member of the Bereavement Ontario Network. As a bereaved parent, I bring experiences from my own personal grief journey to my practice in order to help support others on their own journeys.
I offer compassionate, flexible support designed to meet you wherever you are on your grief journey.
Whether you would like personal guidance through one-on-one counseling, or you seek a confidential group setting with others on a grief journey of a same loss, in a closed group setting Good Grief can journey with you and provide education, coping tools and Grief Support as you travel on your personal grief journey.
